It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don't have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

We do this by storing a token that is unique to you on your device. This token will only be present if you have authorised the device, either by following a link in an email / SMS, or by entering your details directly into the site. Enabling these cookies is required for the use of this service. Without these cookies we are unable to identify you and therefore protect your privacy. Automatic Logging of Session Data

We automatically log generic information about your computer and your computer's connection to the Internet which we call "session data". Session data consists of things such as device information, IP address, operating system and browser software information, and the activities conducted by you while on our Website. An IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet, such as our web servers, know where to send data back to the user, such as the pages of the Website the user wishes to view. Session data helps us to analyse such things as what items visitors are likely to click on most, the way visitors are clicking through the Website, how many visitors are surfing to various pages on the Website, how long visitors to the Website are staying and how often they are visiting. It also helps us diagnose problems with our servers. It is possible to determine from an IP address a visitor's Internet Service provider (ISP) and the approximate geographical location of his or her point of connectivity. We also use session data to help prevent fraud and unauthorised use of our Website.

Refund policy.
Hi here at chorlton car sales we believe in giving our customers complete piece of mind. We understand that on a rare occasion customers will want to receive a refund in the event they are not happy with the vehicle they have purchased. In this event please be advised we will be able offer a full refund within 14days should there be a major mechanical issue with the car. After 14days of purchase we will need to be given 2 opportunities to repair the vehicle in the event we are unable to repair a vehicle we will need to charge up to £1 a mile that the vehicle has been driven which we are legally entitled to do under the consumer rights act 2015. Vehicles must be returned to site in order for a refund to be authorised. Refunds can take between 10-15days as a vehicle appraisal is done and the warranty department will need to approve the refund. We will always be amicable and resolve issues in a professional and orderly fashion where both parties will be happy. We do offer a full 12 month mot with no advisories and a full service from ourselves upon purchase and also a full 12month aa breakdown cover and a 3month warranty to try and avoid situations like this. In some cases if the vehicle has a long mot we will inform customers and tell them exactly how much mot is left and it is up to them whether they want a fresh mot or not. We do thorough checks alongside the above to make sure a car is roadworthy and fit for purpose before we send it out however in some rare circumstances vehicles do develop faults. We will always try and do what's best for our customers and come to a resolution that the customer is happy with. We apologise in advance if your ever put in this situation and can assure you it will never be Done with an ill intention.
